Booking and Process

How far in advance should I book?

We require a minimum of two weeks' notice for all bookings. This gives us the time to really dive into the details of your project and schedule the necessary meetings before starting production.

What is required to secure my date?

After our initial meeting to discuss your project's scope, we’ll send you a welcome email containing three key items: the Video Services Agreement, the Deposit Invoice, and the Project Questionnaire. Once these are completed and returned, your shoot date will be officially locked in.

Can we meet before booking?

Absolutely! We never agree to a shoot date without first meeting with you to walk through the project's scope and vision. This consultation can be held either in person or virtually.

Pricing and Packages

What is included in the base package?

Our base package covers the complete production lifecycle: pre-production planning, filming, and final editing.

Do you offer custom packages?

Every project and business is unique, and our packages reflect that. All of our packages can be customised to perfectly suit your specific needs.

Are there any travel fees?

Third-party fees such as travel, equipment hire, and sub-contracting—are charged on a project-by-project basis. This way, you never pay more than necessary to bring your vision to life

Production and On-Site logistics

What is your filming style?

Our roots are in narrative and documentary filmmaking, capturing raw emotion and telling compelling stories.

Do you offer drone or aerial style footage?

At this time, we do not offer drone or aerial footage in our base packages.

What happens if your equipment fails or you get sick?

In the unfortunate event of either of these occurring, we will offer to reschedule free of charge. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. No questions asked

Post-Production and Deliverables

How long does it take to receive a final video?

This depends on the scope and type of project, but most projects have a 1 to 4-week turnaround. Turnaround times are always discussed during our initial meeting.

How will the final video be delivered?

Your final video will be delivered via the dedicated Google Drive folder created for your project. The link to this folder is provided in your initial welcome email.

Can I pick the music for the video?

Whether it's a particular song or vibe you're after, you will always be able to pick the music for your video.

Can I get the RAW footage?

RAW footage is not included in any of our base packages and is only provided under specific circumstances.
